*Should be familiar with Gujrathi language*
Experience: 7 to 12 Years
Competency Requirement : Hands-on experience in managing IR, Legal and Time office, Adminstration (White collar & Blue Collar), close coordination with court & Industrial Relations, Statutory matters, liaisoning related to GPCB, factory, labour compliance, Grampanchayat,GIDC, Employee Onboarding and employee life cycle management, Experience in Online HRMS system,change management, *local contacts need to be very strong,* writing and reading skills in Gujarati, hindi and english.
Technical Skills: HRIS, Excel, Power point
