Role Overview: You will be the single point of contact for all the parents for their academic and non-academic queries. You will be the champion of parents’ voice within Vedantu and work internally with multiple stakeholders to deliver a WOW experience for our parents

Responsibilities:

● Act as a single point of contact (SPOC) for the parents

● Nurture and develop a long-lasting relationship with parents and act as perfect bridge between parents and teachers keeping kids’ learning at the center

● Ensure each single issue of clients are resolved with the minimum turnaround time (TAT) in a satisfactory manner 

● Ultimate responsibility of parent NPS. 

Required skills:

- Candidates with min 1 to max 4yrs of exp in customer support/ relationship management

- Candidates from Internet/E-commerce companies are preferable

- Freshers cannot apply

- Graduation should be completed

- Should be ok to relocate to Bangalore
