• Identifying the Candidates through various job portals and job engines.
• Calling Prospective Candidates.
• Screening them as per the Requirement.
• Performing phone interviews with candidates.
• Performing reference and background checks.
Required Candidate profile
• Must have good communication skills.
• Must have complete knowledge of working on portals.
• Must know about job postings & mass mailing.
• Must have convincing attitude.
