Position : Paint Process Engineer .
Qualification : Btech/BE - Paint Technology
Experience : 2-6 yrs in any OEM or Relevant.
Job Location: Visakhapatnam
JD as specified below:
1. Understand customer specific requirement and conduct paint process feasibility study
2. Coordinate paint procurement as per customer specification
3. Understand the paint performance test requirements and derive application parameters and process controls
4. Obtain Appearance approval from customer - Shade matching trials
5. Facilitate development samples as per customer requirements and production assignment with production/rejection targets under control
6. Color evaluation and quantification..
7. Problem solving - RCA, 8D, PDCA,
