We are looking for a TA specialist to support in hiring new talent to the organization.
Your key responsibilities
Handle Tech and Product hiring especially strong exposure in leadership hiring in Consumer Internet domain
Skills and attributes for success
· Excellent Stakeholder management.
· Good communication skills with an ability to articulate his / her thoughts
· Good time-management skills with the ability to handle various open positions simultaneously
To qualify for the role you must have
Master's degree in Business, Human resources or related discipline
4-8 years’ experience in technology / product recruitment with a deeper understanding on the ecommerce domain
§ Should have experience in mapping, head hunting and sourcing.
Ideally you’ll also have
Strong communication skills
Comfortable interacting with senior executives
Strong leadership skills and supervisory responsibility.
