Experience: 3+Years (Mass/Bulk Hiring)
Qualification: Graduate / Post Graduate (MBA/PG in HR Preferable)
Key responsibilities:
* Need to take care of frontline sales hiring for Bank’s retail asset vertical and to assure 100% manning penetration throughout the year
* Build a pipeline of talent to fill future openings through self-sourcing and other sourcing channel
* Facilitate internal hiring processes like referrals and other campaigns
* Coordinating with various stakeholders & departments for scheduling interviews
* Achieve staffing recruitment by evaluating and recruiting the candidates as per the given business mandates and well versed of Bulk Hiring candidates from BFSI/NBFC industry
* Attract talent by placing job advertisements through various hiring sources and through Job Portals & Social Media
* Take ownership of candidate experience by designing and managing it develop job postings, job descriptions and position requirement
* Ensure all screening, hiring, and selection is done in accordance with employment norms & policy
