Location Sales Manager - Loan Against Property (LAP) - Sales @ Bengaluru and Ahmedabad

Job Role

·         Sales - Indirect Channel (DSA). This position reports to ASM / RSM Mortgages, North

·         Acquisition of business through DSA

·         Liaise with underwriting / Ops team to ensure E2E tracking of files from sourcing to disbursal

·         Ensure superior customer service & TAT delivery to end consumer

·         Will be responsible for the cross-sell of Bank's Liability and Revenue products

·         Will be responsible for the Monthly assigned Sales targets

Job Requirements

·         Qualification - Graduate / MBA

·         Skills & Experience - minimum 4 to 6 years sales & CRM experience

·         Job Knowledge – Good understanding of customer profile especially the self-employed customers, markets and products

·         Experience in Managing Distribution Channels (DSA/DMA/DST)

·         Strong relationship building skills as needs to interact with various Retail Liabilities’ branches and DSA/ Channels for business.
