v Work profile for Production Engineer

1. Taking Care of Production, Production Planning.

2. Managing or handling Shift of Production or playing role of Shift In charge.

3. To sort out various design issues in Design Review meeting.

4. Reduction of rework at manufacturing stages due to human error & design error (to some extent).

5. Manage work discipline & productive industrial relationship with harmony.

6. Safety of the technicians.

7. Filling the checklist.

8. Material availability in every stages of manufacturing.

9. Supervising work to the quality standard.

10. Preparing Monthly, Weekly and daily production plan.

11. Planning for total material requirement as per Quarterly plan.

12. Develop the skill of technician by training.

13. Final inspection of during dispatch period of transformers.

14. Coordination with other Department.

15. Taking care of all resources at production area.

16. Preparing or Maintaining all document.

17. Ready to work in Shift.

v Skill Required:

1. Strong effective communicator, Interpersonal Relationship Skill, highly developed, demonstrated teamwork skills, punctual at work place.

2. Good Presentation Skill, Technical Skill, Self Motivating, Computer Knowledge etc.
