AM/DM -In Process Quality- Pune 

Leading MNC in Auto Components Mfg

Main Responsibility- To handle in process quality in assembly section.

Professional Experience:

* VDA 6.3 auditor preferred

* Knowledge of IATF 16949

* APQP, FMEA, PPAP 

* Problem solving tools – 7QC tools, 8-D,5Why etc

* Basic Knowledge of SAP

* Communication skills in English is must, preferred Marathi also.

* Teamwork – Handling team of 04 members             

* Adherence to Company standards     

          

Task and Responsibility:

* Actively and continuously improve the quality of parts delivered to the customer or IC, ensuring compliance with specifications.

* Perform PSA / VDA 6.3 audits to assess and improve (establish and execute an action plan) the performance/ production processes

* Ensure adherence to the processes as per control plan.

* Help customer quality for analyzing customer claims & monitoring corrective or preventive actions

* Participate in PFMEA, coordinate with IE for new product development.

* Ensure process compliance on day to day basis. Conduct first piece & patrol inspection.

* Analysis defectives observed online & plan corrective, preventive measures.

* Rejection analysis & disposal

* Conducting PPAP (internal, customer)

* Andon Downtime Analysis & planning, ensuring corrective measures.

* Prepare quality reports for the section.

* Participate during Customer Audit & Visits

   

Education required: 

B.E. (Mechanical) and 3-7 years of experience as In Process Quality Engineer

Person with VDA 6.3 Certification will be preferred.
