Engineer - Process Quality
Experience - 2 years to 4 years
Salary - Max. 30000 P.M.
Qualification - Diploma (Mech.) or B.Tech. (Mech.)
Location - Rohtak
Job Description:
1. Good knowledge of Quality Function and understanding of customer requirements.
2. Thorough knowledge of drawing reading, GD&T and all instruments like Micrometer, V.C., Profile Projector, Contour, Roughness tester, roundness tester etc.
3. Good Knowledge of Quality concept and tools like, 8D, 7 QC tools, FMEA, APQP, SPC, MSA etc.
4. Familiarity with Industry bench marking and expertise like Problem solving, Change management and Analytics Skills etc.
5. Display of quality procedures, standards specifications, and WI on shop floor and provide awareness of same to all concern persons.
6. Review of items pendency for IR clearance at process stage through SAP.
7. Review of target PPM and action implementation in case of PPM is more than given target.
8. Part set up approval and patrolling Inspection as per drawing & control plan.
9. Ensure adherence of all required documents on machines to meet product quality.
10. Ensure calibrations of all instruments & gauges which are using on machines.
11. NC parts handling as per defined procedure.
Monitoring of rejection, rework & COPQ and same update in MIS sheet.
12. 8D preparation against issue raised from next process and customer end.
13. Closer of internal & external audit NC’s of their respective process.
14. Participation in best practices like TQM, TPM & Lean manufacturing.
15. Excellent communication & presentation skills.
16. Experience in handling of External certification bodies & customers audits.
