Group Leader - Dy. Mgr. -Body Shop - Vadodara ( Gujarat )

 Responsibilities-

* Training of all the members to identify risk hazards and unsafe conditions.

* Identification of near misses and other incidents and ensuring countermeasures.

* Create and maintain safety awareness in Junior Engineers & Associates.

* Identify training needs, prepare skill matrix, prepare yearly training plan as per the skill level.

* Encourage JE’s & Associates to identify and execute Kaizens and improvements.

* Ensure effective implementation of all the quality standard requirements.

* Develop, coordinate, review & update JES, SOS, PFMEA, PPSR

* Ensuring effective TPM done in fixtures, tools & equipment’s in the line.

* Ensure jobs are running necessary to meet proper cycle time and/or product quality.

* Execute the scheduled plan. Support Junior Engineers to resolve ANDON calls.

* Quality Standards.

* Monitor and control of effective implementation of improvements & Kaizens.

* Monitor and control factory supplies and rejection costs in the Group with JE’s.

* Conduct periodic checks of air and water leakages and take immediate actions.         

  

Candidate- BE with 5-10 Years Experience in Body Shop of a OEM in Vehicle manufacturing plant.

* Should have worked in Auto Industry & would be responsible for One Group.

* Manage time and attendance within Company procedures

* Drive company Absence Control Procedures to ensure maximum attendance levels

* Ensure that standardized work is been followed in all stations.

 Competencies -

*  Problem Solving, Project Management, Technical Skills.

* Motivate the team with friendly manner

* Co-ordinate & facilitate shop problem resolution activities

* Able to achieve results given by Shift Managers in the individual line.

* To ensure the cleanliness of the area is maintained by his leader and Associates.
