We are looking for a Sr/AM-Training & Development.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Examining and assessing the training needs within an organization.
Analyse and identify the training needs of the organization,develop and overall training plan to meet the current and planned human resources requirements of the organization.
Maintaining current and accurate training records.
Collecting feedback from employees regarding the effectiveness of several training methods.
Prepare training material (Presentations,Worksheets etc).
Observe and evaluate results of training programmes.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills required.
Profound knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint and other training and Presentation software programmes or applications.
Exp: 4 to 8yrs in Training and Development in Manufacturing industry.
Salary- As per industry norms.
Qualifications : Grad/ MBA in HR
Location : Greater Noida
