We Have a vacancy for New Product Development ( NPD )
Years of exp : 2 to 5 years
Location : Nashik
Education : DME / BE , preferably in auto components industry.
Study the new drawings received at marketing dept from customers & do the feasibility study.
Discuss with customer's technical team regarding feasibility & conclude these points with mutual agreement with customer before commencing the development of component.
Receive the parts for development from marketing dept, make a timing plan in line with customer's Samples Requirement Date & share it with customer.
Monitor the development of tooling, update New Product Development Status periodically & update the progress of development to customer at regular interval. Do highlight the delay at any stage immediately to the management & if required to customer.
After completion of tooling, take tool trials, make the samples ready & submit to customer along with Dimensional Report & material T.C.
Follow-up with customer for samples approval. After getting samples approval, produce a pilot lot as per customer's order & dispatch it to customer with requisite documents.
Prepare PPAP documents & submit them to customer as per customer's requirement.
Do involve in Root Cause Analysis of regular parts as well as KAIZEN activities wherever required & make necessary changes in documents.
Update the PPAP documents in case of any drawing revision or process change or change decided in RCA or KAIZEN. If required by customer, submit the revised PPAP documents to customer.
