Job Description:
1. Coordination with internal and external (customers/EPC partners/vendors) stockholders, to fulfill site team
requirement for smooth & timely execution of project.
2. Submission of S/V Quotation to sales team for Bidding and also extending support in finalizing project specific scope
matrix with EPC PARTNER
3. Preparation and submission of project execution schedule and tracking the progress in accordance with same during
execution phase.
4. Submission of the Mandatory Pre Erection Site Readiness Check Sheet to EPC Partner / Customer and checking
periodically site readiness status, availability of tools & manpower in line with the same prior to mobilization of
resources. Finalization / co-ordinate for initial site setup for site team.
5. Attending high level meeting with EPC Partner / Customer higher officials on project execution topic.
6.On completion of project execution, checking for installation tool, empty cylinder and other balance project material
& further co-ordination for shifting of the same to their respective location.
