   2. Awareness about PCB Assembly Process

   3. Computer Skills (Email, Excel, Office & Powerpoint)

   4. Manpower Handling/Floor Management

   5. Handling of Production Process

   6. Customer Intraction

   7. Awareness of IPC 610 Standard,AS 9100D, IATF 16949, ISO 90001,ISO 14001, ISO 45001

   8.Documentation 

   9 Execution of Audits(Internal Process & Product)

   10 KAIZEN,Productivity,Material Reconcilation

   11. Knowledge about the wave soldering Machine 

   12. Responsible for achieving daily production target.

   13. Preparing of Daily MIS of DPPM and Component per hour report
