Qualification - B TECH/B.E.

Experience - 10 to 15 years

Job profile :

* Should have knowledge about all type of Crankshafts.

* Candidate should be from Automobile industry only.

* To conduct quality control audits, initiate and supervise all quality activities within the unit as per guidelines with the objective of ensuring best quality and cost competitive products within the limits of corporate level quality strategy and guidelines formulated by the management.

* Analyze, & assess existing quality of raw materials, in process product and final product, continuously identify quality improvement opportunities in existing product and processes in order to develop and drive improved products and processes for the plant..

* Maintaining quality system as per TS-16949, and imparting knowledge of MSA /SPC & calibration to subordinates.

* Handling, Customer, Process & Product audits (Internal & External)

* Analyze customer complaints, coordinate with concerned department to take necessary action and close the loop in order to address the customer complaints in a proper and timely manner.

* Checking all packing process as per standard & responsible for packing & dispatch, Layout inspection, and rejection control.

Salary - Appropriate hike on current salary
