Jo Description
1) Generate cost center wise efficiency report of all department of organisation and all SAP activity related to department wise operator wise efficiency and Verify and Correction of wrong efficiency punching done in SAP and daily update department wise master sheet of operator wise efficiency.
2) Routing using SAP Program item wise, shop wise, operation wise, work center wise, SMM details in SAP and edition deletion as required.
3) Calculation of department wise Manpower Requirement as per monthly Schedule and addition deletion as per revision.
4) Upload New employee joining details in SAP and added in efficiency system.
5) Daily Workers attendance and details given by HR dept. upload in SAP for efficiency calculation.
6) Daily efficiency punching confirmation through phone call to all department supervisors of organisation.
7) Final Sheet of operator wise efficiency mail to all HOD.
8) Coordinate with supervisors to give target to those operators who are near to required average level.
9) Time Study of Non SMM items of Assly, Fabrication, Slider, Robotic Shop, Door Panel, PU Shop, Stitching, Vacuum forming , Injection molding ,Extrusion, Stitching and Press Shop which are shared to department in charge.
10) Maintain and updation of all operation wise SMM in Master excel data required for Manpower Calculation and update new project details in manpower master data.
Shortlist and Prepared List of operators in end of the monthly cycle which are achieved production target above 80% for efficiency incentive purpose.
Candidate-
BE / - Diploma in Industrial Engg
Experience 4-6 Years
Good Experience in Automotive sector in Industrial Engg.
Good communication and presentation skill
