Job Requirements :
1. Excellent communication skills.
2. Good knowledge of the academic project.
Job Responsibilities :
1. Analyze technical data and specifications to determine the equipment needed for projects
2. Evaluate equipment suppliers and negotiate purchasing agreements for equipment
3. Devise, implement and oversee procurement strategies to meet cost savings targets
4. Administer supplier and vendor contracts
5. Ensure that purchases comply with commercial, legal, and contractual obligations
