We looking for Technician in #Paint Shop production Department

Qualification - Diploma / B. tech or equivalent degree

Positions :- 2 nos.

Experience :- 3 yrs & above

Salary Details:- Depend upon interview

##Job Description:-

1. Knowledge about Paint mixing process and shade matching according customer demand & raw material inspection.

2. Responsible & maintaining of Daily process for Paint booth temp, Humidity, flash off zone, Baking oven temp, Spray gun, nozzles, raisers & chemical testing.

3. Responsible for pre-treatment process (Robotic Paint Application)

4. Total knowledge of IPA Wiping, Tag-o-rag , CO2 cleaning, flaming, on line inspection, Buffing process, sanding process, final inspection, paint testing

5. Servicing of Robot Guns & Check valves

6. Responsible for weekly paint shop cleaning.

7. Expertise in PU Paint & ABS Paint.

8. Maintaining production data daily, weekly & monthly.

9. Responsible for all customer complaints concern in quantity

10. Knowledge about Paint Consumption , Chemical consumption, Dust free mixing room, lab testing, Check sheet , paint shop maintenance , AHU Cleaning and maintenance

11. Knowledge about of gun setting process

12. Knowledge about of UV process and UV cleaning & spraying pump.

#desiredskills :- Shade Matching , Viscosity , Volatile & Non-Volatile content , Moisture content , pH value, Flow point of Pigment , Gloss Meter.

Familiar to 7 QC Tools, 5'S, TPM, SPC, Control plan, Kanban, Poka Yoke, Concept and MS Office & MS Excel etc.
