I have urgent requirement in An Automotive OEM Company based at Madhya Pradesh
Open Position No.: Jr. Manager/Assistant Manager- Manufacturing Engineering
Qualification & Experience : Full Time Diploma with 2 to 7 yrs of experience(All the qualification must be pass throughout 60% including 10th & 12th)
Job Location:, Madhya Pradesh
Skills required
Line balancing & line layout preparation.
Perform VDFA / DFA for vehicle assembly.
Mfg. Documentation - Assembly Operation Standard (AOS), Station wise BOM, PFD and PFMEA etc.
Facility planning – knowledge of fixture & tackle design & maintenance.
CIJ preparation.
Line piloting & ok tagging of vehicle.
NCR capturing & resolution of NCRs.
Preventive maintenance of assembly fixtures & tackles.
Basic working knowledge of Auto-Cad & Pro-E
Working knowledge of fixture & tackle design & maintenance
Working knowledge of
PFMEA
Line balancing
