Job Description
1.Execute and achieve process improvement objectives on schedule in a team environment
2.Fully resolve complex issues by applying engineering skills and experience.
3.Perform process simulations and troubleshoot issues
4.Develop routines and best practices to ensure product quality
5.Develop standardized operating instructions for processes.
6.Leading to handle the incoming issue from the supplier
side。
7.Process defect , Process Analysis , 7 qc tools , gerber file, stencil design ,SMT Defect Analysis , Process Document , Root cause Analysis , defect control , SMT defect Analysis , process Engineer , sr process Engineer , SMT PE , Process document
Key Skills Required
1. A bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science.Electronics and Communications Engineering.
with Minimum 3-5 year & Above Experience with manufacturing and production processes and engineering principles.
2. Proven experience in manufacturing and in securing vendor contracts.
3.Excellent statistical analysis and quality assurance skills.
4.In-depth knowledge of the technical aspects of manufacturing and engineering.
5.Good working knowledge of quality control standards and government compliance.
7.Ability to provide guidance to improve process efficiency.
8.Excellent communication and liaison skills.
9.More than 3 years working experience in the mobile phone industry from the SMT Engineering.
