JD: Must have sound experience in SMT component handling.
Import and domestic electronic Assembly,
SMT material receiving,
Invoice, order Verification.
GRN Posting, Dispatch.
Daily MIS Report.
Reservation Posting, Creating, Monthly Cycle count, 5S.
Able to Inventory controlling, Kaizen and suggestion for process improvements. Warehouse Management System (MES) implementation and improvement. Weekly review presentation, Monthly review Presentation.
Production Inventory Control: - Analysis of floor inventory ageing, Kit balancing, non-running MRN, TAT of FG Movement from floor to FG Store.
