Job Profile: Quality Engineer
Job Location: Greater Noida
Salary: Up to 40k
Team : PQE
Responsibilities -
1- To make Appearance limit sample as per acceptance.
2- Root cause analysis of all issues (Incoming/process)
3- To deal OQC/FQC Appearance issue
4- Follow up with engineering team for rework & root cause for making limit sample
5- Responsible for verify Engineering and production action plan with Process Quality.
6- Control failures and prevention in manufacturing process and guidance to PQC work.
7- Responsible for verify limit sample and publish the weekly/half yearly report.
Key Skills:
*Must have Mobile Industry-Specific technical knowledge.
*Must have Good Knowledge of Process Failure Mode Effects Analysis(PFMEA).
*Well aware about Full Standard & Process Quality of Product .
*Must have knowledge of Appearance inspection standard.
*Must have knowledge of defect category and their seriousness
