Experience- 5-10 Years in manufacturing unit (Automotive Experience will be an added advantage)

1. Developing and implementing HR initiatives in line with organizational objectives.
2. Develop a hiring plan based on the head count, forecasting and plan for resources appropriately.
3. Contractual manpower planning and management
4. Payroll of Staff & Contractual staff
5. Campus hiring and life cycle management of OET’s (Diploma Engineer Trainee)
6. All statutory compliances ( PF,ESIC, Fire NOC, TDS & liaising)
7. Training & Development
8. MIS and Employee Engagement
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor’s Degree (full-time)and
2. MBA/MSW
