#Job #Description

• Defining product design requirements based on system / project requirements

• Defining Hardware and Software requirement specs for inhouse development

• Preparation of SOR, evaluation of supplier proposals for proprietary development

• Defining DVP requirements

• Electrical and mechanical integration

• Conducting design reviews

• Conducting DFMEA

• Managing and having design inline with DFM, DFA, DFS requirements

• Co-ordinating with Purchase deptt for development activities

• Meeting Cost, quality and timeline targets

• RCA for Build/Validation issues

• Experience in automotive BCMs

• Strong knowledge of automotive body electrical systems

• Experience working on connectivity features and integration with BCM

• Hands on experience working on PLM for releases, change management

• Knowledge of CAN communication protocols

• Knowledge of regulatory requirements
