· Production In charge Roles:
1) Efficient shift working with direct and indirect workers along with adherence to quality while leading this position.
2) Honouring Ontime delivery and highly customer obsessed attitude.
3) Must have handled shop floor activities in Heat exchanger and fabrication shop for minimum 25-35 head count.
4) Extrovert in daily routing and planning along with all support functions.
5) Must demonstrate kaizens and minimise operating cost for the department.
6) Lead team with skill upliftment/development along with performance management system for his team.
7) Must handle complex situations as out of box thought to make things happen within committed schedule.
8) Must be solution finder with fastest pace with due accuracy in decisions on shop floor.
9) Able to present team and its schedule to upper management /customer/TPI.
10) Thorough knowledge of hydro test /machining/brazing is added advantage for this position.
