POST : SENIOR DESIGN ENGINEER – Robotic Cell, Jig & Fixtures.
Opening for – 2 NOS
Key Responsibilities :
1) Responsible for Jig & Fixture designing from concept to final detail design including 2D & 3D.
2) Responsible for SPM/New Product designing from concept to final detail design including 2D & 3D.
3) Responsible for Robotic Cell design for Handling systems and painting systems with 2D & 3D.
4) Responsible for doing Simulation of Robot for checking cycle time, robot inference with Machine/Fixture etc.
5) Responsible for interacting with customer for DAP and other design related activities and site visit if required.
and interacting with Supplier for manufacturing of parts etc.
Candidate’s Background :
1) Knowledge of SOLIDWORKS version 2015 and above. (Includes Part design, assembly, detail drawing etc.)
2) Knowledge of Autocad/Draftsight for making cell Layouts.
3) Knowledge of GD&T.
4) Knowledge of Simulation software E.g. Motosim/RobotGuide.
5) Knowledge of MS office, especially PPT skill.
6) Knowledge of all manufacturing process in Industry.
Experience : 4-5 Years.
Educational Qualification – B.Tech Mech. (Above 65% Percentage throughout)
