We are hiring AM #MachineMaintenance for one of our reputed client (auto component manufacturing). Please refer the given details:

Location-: Gurgaon

Budget: 6-8 LPA

Exp. Required: 6-11 years

Qualification: Diploma (Machenical)

Industry Preference: Automotive

Job Description:-

· To update and maintain master list of machines and equipments

· To execute as planned on predictive maintenance, preventive maintenance

·To update and maintain list of spare parts as per lead time & maintain stock of critical spares

·To do #predictivemaintenance to ensure there is no breakdown

· To follow #preventivemaintenance schedule

· To minimize #breakdownmaintenance

· Optimum utilization of spare parts

· To reduce noise pollution, eliminate land contaminat

  To help in preparation of MIS and MCM data and take action accordingly for improvement as directed

· To analyze #MTTR & #MTBF

· To facilitate Kaizen & plant improvement activities

· Compliance of #EHS & #QMS including safety audit and resultant action

Knowledge of #mechanical and #electrical, #hydraulics, #PLC, #pneumatic, to understand the behavior of each machine, eye for details
