Position2 : AVP - HR (Recruitment Specialist)
Location - HO (Jalandhar)
Primary Responsibilities:
- Manage complete field hiring and staff retention
- HR support in areas related to HR plan and policy management.
- Manage projects/processes and assignments related to major HR tasks involving multiple variables.
- Interprets and advises on human resources policies and procedures to ensure that employment laws, standards, or regulations are followed and applied accordingly.
- Development of various HR documents, such as organizational charts, and performance evaluation forms etc.
- Provides business unit and department leaders with high-level information on employee training;
- Organizes and maintains compliance policies in preparation for investigations.
- Participates in exit interviews and compiles data on the reasons behind employee resignation decisions.
- Influences others regarding policies, practices and procedures.
- Other HR related tasks assigned by the management from time to time.
Qualifications:
- MBA with 10+yrs experience
- Must be willing and able to travel across the operational area.
