Immediate joiners-Corporate Talent Acquisition(In house Hiring) for US IT Staffing -Noida (US Shift)
Lateral Hiring-
·Build talent pipelines for current and future job openings
·Lead all sourcing strategies to cater to all internal requirements
·Oversee all stages of candidate experience (including application, interviews and communication)
·Perform analysis of hiring needs and provide employee hiring forecast
·Design, plan and execute selection processes (conduct interviews and screening calls,administer psychological tests etc.)
·Reviews employment applications and background check reports
·Use HRIS,Recruitment Marketing tools and drive referral program
·Prepare strategies/presentations company brochures, job descriptions should be current and up to date at all times
The Qualifications/Experience-
·Graduate/Postgraduate (preferably in HR)
·Well-connected within Staffing Industry
·Ability to manage a hiring process to ensure that the staffing needs of the company are fully met
·Very well versed in screening applicants in order to determine if their skills match company job descriptions
·2+ years Experience in in house hiring in US IT Staffing for similar role
·Shift Timings:US SHIFT(6:30pm IST to 3:30am IST)
