GET period Duration: 12-18 months. After Successful GET period completion, eligible candidates will be hired under company roles

After Successful GET period completion, eligible candidates will be hired under company roles. 

JOB Description: 

Selected candidates will get trained under different dept.s – Production, Supply Chain Management, Sales & Marketing, Quality & Assurance, Operations, Logistics, etc. for a few months.

Based on candidate interest and eligibility specific Role & Dept. will be allocated and the candidate will be trained under the assigned role for the next few months 

Eligibility Criteria: 

· Minimum First class (Above 60%) in all semesters.

· No Backlogs

· Interested to associate with the Manufacturing sector

· Good Communication skills – Verbal and Written

· Good Analytical skills 

· Basic computer literate skills

· Self-confident
