Designation: AM
Experience: 4 - 6 yrs (BE/#BTECH) /
7—9 yrs (Diploma)
Vehicle BOM Management for 3W and 4W (CV)
· BOM release
· Minimizing BOM errors across all vehicle platforms
· Checking and assigning vehicle groups considering commonization, domestic, export, marketing requirements
· Follow up with individuals for timely accomplishments for releases
· Defining, ensuring and adhering standard operating procedures with stakeholders
· Creating and handling BOM in PLM & SAP
· Analyzing vehicle aggregate assembly levels e.g. child part, buy part, in house make parts
· Resolving manufacturing, marketing, SPD, industrialization issues on priority
· Supporting designers for finalization of aggregate BOM and handholding for correctness
· Ensuring unique part for new vehicles in SAP
· ECR management
· VA/VE for cost reduction
· Initiate & execute new product BOM releases for domestic & export models
