 I have few urgent requirements in An Automotive OEM Company based Madhya Pradesh

 

 Open Position : Junior Manager/Asstt Manager – Project (Installation & Commissioning)

 

 Qualification : BE/B.Tech with minimum 02 years or Diploma with minimum 04 years  from gears companies only

 

 Experience : 3 to 10 Years from Gear Industry only

 

 CTC : 4 Lacks to 8 lacks Maximum per annul 

 

 Skills required

 Must be from Gear Industry 

 Machine installation & commissioning

Machine Trails - Knowledge of Programming , geometrical dimensions & tolerances .

Trouble Shooting Capability of various Gear Cutting Machines

Should be good in quality standards, specially in gear manufacturing

Productivity Improvement.

Technical evaluation & comparison making ability for Machines.

Hand on experience on Process like - Hobbing , Shaping , Shaving , OD Grinding , ID Grinding , Gear Grinding.

Machine Knowledge - Programming , geometrical dimensions & tolerances

Read & interpretation of Engineering drawings ,exposure to CAD /CAM

New Cutting tools, tooling & jigs fixtures knowledge
