Urgent opening for Area Operation Manager in Dexter's Logistics Pvt. Ltd. for Gorakhpur, UP location.

Experience: Min 6 Years in Ware House Operations(B2C). Candidate having experience of min 4 years in Gorakhpur(preferred).

Key Responsibilities:-

· Strategically plan and manage logistics, warehouse, transportation and customer services.

· Resolve any arising problems or complaints.

· Meet cost, productivity, accuracy and timeliness targets

· Maintain metrics and analyze data to assess performance and implement improvements

· Responsible for control UD /RTO shipments

· Responsible from getting entire load/shipments cleared from Delivery center & see to it that there is zero backlog & pendency

· Responsible for tallying entire pre-paid/COD amount from the day & close the SAL TALLY for particular day

· Responsible Contingency Planning of pin codes/DC etc.

· Responsible Safety & Security of people and the Cash/Shipments safeguarding in the DC

· Ensuring service levels and other performance parameters.

· Ensuring collection of PODs from all India branch network & submission of the same to the customers.

· Managing operations cost as per budgets.
