1. Ensure the sale of Apparel and Accessories based on the goals and objectives as defined by the Management as per SBP.
2. Responsible for the placement of Royal Enfield Apparel at dealers in allocated area
3. Plan and achieve the organizational goals as set in the annual plan-in terms of volumes, conversion, Per Bike Sale and overall growth of the organization.
4. Handling of dealerships in the specified region and Review the Sales process at dealerships
5. To Offer Dealership support in identifying, recruiting and training of Apparel Sales staff as required.
6. Attending to customer complaints, ensuring that a high level of customer satisfaction is obtained
Plan and implement sales promotional activities capturing optimum market shares.
