I am hiring for an urgent requirement of Plant HR Manager for manufacturing plant of A United States MNC Company. (The company is global leader in office furniture, interior architecture and space solutions for offices, hospitals and classrooms.)
Position Title Plant HR Manager (Looking for Female Candidate Only)
Reporting To Head HR-India
Job Location Pune, Maharashtra (Manufacturing Plant)
Education & Experience: MSW/ MBA with 12+ years of relevant experience (IR experience is must).
Job Role: Responsible for the entire HR operations in the plant. The scope of responsibility includes focus on recruitment, employee relations, training & development, talent management, succession planning, performance management, communications, implementing policies, programs and activities to support the business requirements, team development, internal and government compliance. The incumbent will work closely with the Plant Manager and provide HR support for the operations.
