Senior manager - Production - Hosur
Having good knowledge on Gear Machining Process (Hobbing / Shaping / Grinding / etc.) & General Machining Process (Turning / Drilling / Milling / Boring / etc.)
BE With Minimum 7-10 Years Experience / Diploma with Minimum 15 Years Experience
1. Key responsible person for the Productivity / Quality / Cost / Delivery / Safety & Employee Engagement Activities in Shop floor
2. Preparation of Production Plan based on the Sales Plan to meet the S&OP Schedule
3. Monitoring of Daily / Shift / Hourly Production
4. Implementation of 5S / Autonomous Maintenance Concept in the Production Cell
5. Responsible for Driving the Continuous Improvement Activities & Other Specific Projects (VA / VE / Disha) in the Shop floor
6. Manpower Deployment as per the Production Volume & responsible for the Training, Skill Updation & Motivation
7. Monitoring of Tools / Fixtures / Consumables for the Given volume
8. Responsible for Conducting Daily Shop Floor Meetings with Technicians / Team Leader and also daily review meeting with CFT Team
