3.      Premium Car SOP development and implementation for channel.

4.      Develop marketing plans & activities for premium cars.

5.      Leading premium car TSM’s to achieve premium car targets.

6.      Develop suitable schemes for market penetration.

7.      Establish premium network in top 40 cities.

8.      Monitor premium car market developments and prepare suitable counter strategy.

9.      Planning and execution of customer retention & upgrade activities[ HMI owners].
