An urgent opening is going with our client - A Reputed Name in Automotive Industry. (Automotive OEM Company's Manufacturing Plant) 

Open Position: Manager - ER / IR  

Job Location: Near Gurgaon 

Salary Budget: Maximum 17.5 Lakhs per annum.

Education & Experience: (Full Time MBA / MSW / MHRM / PGD HRM only) with 10 to 15 Years experience.

Desire Profile:  

1. Experience of Time Office Administration for more than 5000 employees.

2. Contract Labour Administration.

3. Legal compliances related to labour Law.

Job Role: Ensure effective implementation of Companys Rules & Regulations and HR Policies to maintain harmonious industrial relation along with employees satisfaction. 

Key Responsibilities:  

1.Maintaining & updating of records of individual Team Members to provide information to Seniors to take effective decisions / to make policies.

2.Ensure effective implementation of Companys rules & regulations to maintain harmonious industrial relation.

3.Ensure effective implementation of Companys welfare policies for employee engagement and satisfaction.
