Role description:

We are looking for an enthusiastic, hardworking IMS (Integrated Management System) intern who can join our Engineering operations team immediately. As an IMS intern, you will be responsible to coordinate the certification process (Both Internal & External Audit) - IATF 16949 (Quality) and ISO 14001& 45001(Environmental, health, and safety). Support in developing and implementing our organization’s procedures to effectively communicate with our stakeholders, organize and maintain the quality and EHS related information system.

Core responsibility:

· Coordinate and work with core committee members in the certification process.

· Develop and implement organization-level procedures.

· Organize and maintain the Quality and EHS information system (Document management system).

· Weekly MIS to the Management on department Activities.

· Liaising with auditors and monitoring the execution of corrective action and compliance.

· Implementing necessary actions to achieve goals and objectives, policies, procedures, and systems.
