Looking for a L&D specialist with 5+ years of experience. This role is responsible for programs & managing various Learning Initiatives across Business & Functions along with database management. Coordination for Learning platform & interventions. Vendor registration & invoice processing. LMS administration. The Incumbent shall also be responsible for planning, designing & executing communication plans, invites with reference to any Learning Initiative.
1. Responsible for planning, designing and sending out mailers for any Learning Initiative as per the communication plan
2. Responsible for logistics coordination for any Training Intervention being executed along with providing ground level support, present in the location of the training. End to end program management
3. Experience in delivering Soft Skills/Behavioral training. Experience in facilitating in person & Virtual sessions. Has experience of working with different L&D related tech tools.
4. Responsible for managing L&D related data (Attendance, MIS, Learning Tools activation for new joiners, implementing new program on the tool and updating it.
