·        Development of Design Concepts for #Gears, #Transmission #housing & #Clutch components

·        Drawings preparation & Documentation release 

·        Derivation of Design #calculation & #Packaging study

·        Preparation of Specification Book & DFMEA

·        Supplier Interaction & Coordination for development

·        Preparation of DVP & Life data analysis, DFS, DFA & DFM

·        Supporting Proto/Testing team in Fitment and Validation Activities

·        Resolution of Design Issues raised during Testing, Production build & Customer vehicles through Problem Solving Techniques

·        Execution & Implementation of Cost Reduction Ideas (Value Analysis & Value Engineering - VAVE)

·        Adherence to the Project timelines & Risk Assessment in Product Development Lifecylce

·        Basic knowledge on Materials used and GD&T
