We have an urgent opening for Quality Assurance -  Engineer

Deatils are as following:

Location - Bhiwadi, Rajasthan

Exp- 3-8 years

Salary- No bar for good candidate

1.     Monitor quality product at right time in right numbers for the shift response to the customer complaints/concerns

2.     Convey quality related customer requirements/issues to the line

3.     Ensure inspection set at Q-gate stations and moniter their activities

4.     Analysis of rejection and rework through 7 QC tools

5.     Ensure FOI and in process inspections as per QAP

6.     Conduct QAV audit as per customer specific requirement

7.     Ensure inspection as per QAP at each stages of processes

8.     QFR reduction

9.     In house rejection reduction
