Experience -2 TO 4 Years
#Job description
* Experience on Press machines (4000 ton to 14000 ton) (Forging)
*Preventive and breakdown maintenance execution to ensure smooth running Machines
*To attend breakdown and analysis the failure for root cause
*To update spare records and new spare indent.
*To ensure preventive , breakdown & planned Maintenance effectively.
*Monitor and reduce manufacturing cost by reducing the cycle time of manufacturing operation by way of reducing rejection, down time reduction for the machines, optimum utilization of available resources and avoid losses and wastage
*Responsibility for closure on action areas as per audit observation report
Salary - 20 to 25k
