Qualification & Experience:- Full Time-BE/B.Tech/M .Tech with 20 years of experience in Automobile industries (Not from Sheet Metal Company)
CTC Range: 50 LPA to 60 LPA
Skills required
Job Purpose:
To ensure that the product is consistent and meets the customer requirements and unwritten expectation along with complying with legal framework.
Key Expectations:
To plan & implement quality strategy to ensure product quality as per customer requirement.
To conduct Process & Layout Audit for the plant.
To conduct Cp & Cpk studies in the plant.
To ensure implementation of TS16949 guidelines in the plant.
To ensure stabilization of all new models /products & special technologies.
To analyze customer complaints, and ensure corrective & preventive actions.
To ensure set up approval.
To support in all customer audits and customer related requirements.
R&R and calibration of all type of gauges, masters, fixtures, etc.
