Sr. Associate/Associate - Recruitment at upGrad
CTC upto 6 LPA
Job Description:
• Managing End to End Recruitment support for our clients inclusive of sourcing / mapping appropriate candidates from upGrad talent pool, conducting initial screening and interviews in accordance with job descriptions
• Providing daily, weekly & monthly opportunity to conversion status to senior management.
• Screening the profiles, short listing candidates, coordinating interviews and ensuring that resource needs for various projects/clients are met within stipulated timeframe
• Sourcing Talents through Job Portals , References , Social Networking Sites etc when required for special projects.
• Guide upGrad learners towards understanding their target job roles better, and helping them improve their selection prospects.
• Working on Other Central team Projects
What we are looking at:
• Hands on experience of IT hiring, Non_tech hiring ,Talent mapping
1+ years of experience in recruitment consultancy
• Must have very good communication and listening skills.
• Ability to work independently and also in a team environment
