Position - Sr. Engineer 

Department - PE (Manufacturing Process Engineering )

Location - Neemrana, Rajasthan

  Summary of Job Profile/ Purpose of the position:

   To do new product development and improve the running line process and improvement 

   

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

   1. Must have the good knowledge of Electric Motor manufacturing /PLC Programming / SMT

   2. Having good knowledge of electrical circuit diagram 

   3. Basic preparation process of machine and machine settings.

   4. Must have the good knowledge of electrical control panel 

   5. Must have the good knowledge of new product development 

   6. Must have the good knowledge of Winding programming 

   7. Perform basic measurement & perform inspection

   8.Must have the electrical component knowledge 

   9.Must have knowledge of PLC & Circuit diagram 

10.Must have exposure to SMT line process engineering 

   

Skills: Having the good knowledge of Motor development and related issue 

   

Experience: 7 Years’ or above  experience is required

Qualification: BTECH Electrical / ECE

Specific technical qualification/certification:     PLC software 

    

 Technical/Function Competencies 

   1.   Should have knowledge of Auto Cad. 

   2.   Must read Engineering drawings.

   3.   Knowledge of ISO/TS 

   4. Good communication & co-ordination with supporting departments.

   5.  Should have knowledge 6S and Safety norms practiced in the organization
