Experience: 2-3 Yrs Experience
Designation: Server Assembly Technician
Mandatory: LINUX/UNIX Knowledge
Responsibilities:
Capable of understanding the training & Nature of works on Job Responsibilities.
1- If experienced (L6 & L9),
* Install and Configure WINDOWS/LINUX Systems and Software with troubleshooting skills.
2- Create, Manage Cloud Servers, Mail Servers and ability to understand Cloud Technologies.
3- Ability to understand both Technical & Sales queries by customers and Analyze the system according to the requirements.
4- Perform Server Update and Maintenance on timely basis, Ensure System Backups.
5- Monitor Server Performance and Troubleshoot Errors.
6- Remote Team Viewer configuration on POP3, IMAP & SMTP on Email Clients, Office-365 Management & Support for Level-1
7- Provide cyber security by Penetration Testing & Prevent from Hacking methodologies.
8- Provide Technical Support and Guidance to customers after troubleshooting technical difficulties.
9- Maintain the System Security, Identify threats and Install/configure Software.
10- Knowledge on Shell / Bash scripting and cronjobs
11- Develop and maintain UNIX operating system, Monitor UNIX server and storage assets and system resources
12- Perform network system administration duties, Upgrade and troubleshoot UNIX hardware and Operating software
13- Provide systems engineering support on major projects, upgrades, installations
14- Plan, implement, and support changes to the UNIX server, storage and network environments. Perform daily UNIX system administration duties and maintenance for user account management, backups, email, DNS, NTP, monitoring, etc
