For SMS Operations 

Primary Skills Required

1. Good Communication skills voice and Email( written) , Customer Handling and knowledge of Technical support related process.

2. Technical Knowledge of Windows OS and Web services

3. Well versed with MS office ( Word, excel and power point )

4. Basic DB understanding, SQL, MS Access

5. Fundamentals of computer networking .

Secondary Skills Required

1. Basic Knowledge of Digital communication like SMS , email, voice Mobile app etc.

2. Positive and Goal Oriented Focus

3. Flexible on shifts including night shifts
