Roles and Responsibilities:
Lead for HR analytics Process-
*leveraging employee data to deliver critical reporting and insights (inferential/predictive) on Payroll, Salaries and HR Budgeting, etc.
*Create reporting templates that can be automated or easily generated based on core data
*Driving data visualization requirements across various HR metrics and views.
*Present, explain and discuss results of analyses to effectively drive fact-based decision making within all levels of the organization
*Engage stakeholders in change agendas; support HR transformation project delivery and tracking
*Ability to focus on detail, reporting requirements, feeding back the findings to relevant stakeholders; documenting changes as needed.
Minimum Required Skills and Attributes:
Highly proficient in Excel (creating formulas, macros, pivot tables)
Solid verbal and written communication skills, particularly the ability to communicate complex issues in a straightforward manner to HR Head/ Management
Strong stakeholder management skills and influencing at managerial level, good understanding and interest towards systems, data and automation
Strong sense of commitment towards work
Strong working experience on Payroll is a must.
Candidate- MBA HR+ Diploma in Computer applications.
Experience 6-8 Yrs in manufacturing companies.
